To ensure relaxation, quality of the experience and comfort of all guests receiving services within the private suite and surrounding suites, please do not bring guests to your scheduled appointment. Space is restricted to single guests receiving services during their scheduled time, no additional seating is available.
Please also do not arrive more than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled service time.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment your service may require rescheduling. For makeup appointments, if it is deemed that your service cannot be accommodated within the allotted time remaining after your arrival, the $30 retainer will be forfeited and a new retainer will be required for future bookings. Habitual late arrival may result in the requiring of a deposit to retain future bookings (applicable to makeup and non-makeup appointments) and ultimately termination of the client relationship.
RESCHEDULING & Cancellations
Please provide 24 hours advanced notice if you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. Makeup application cancellations made with a 24 hour advanced notice may be rescheduled once to a future date within 14 days of the original appointment date to avoid a new retainer. Makeup cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will forfeit the $30 retainer and a new retainer will be required for future bookings. All no shows for any service will be subject to a rebooking fee of 50% of the missed appointment and for makeup applications a new retainer will be required for future bookings. Habitual no shows will result in termination of the client relationship.
Services rendered are non-refundable. If you are not happy with your service please let us know during your appointment and allow the opportunity to correct your concerns. Your satisfaction is extremely important and all effort will be made to adjust the service to your liking.
